Suitable for Large or Small Loads With Maximum Product Protection
We use pneumatic units that are dedicated to the transport of granulated sugar exclusively. The trucks are lightweight and capable of payloads in excess of 50,000 lbs.
Pneumatic trailers are able to load by gravity or can self-load from pressure differential (PD) or air-slide rail cars. Trailers are equipped with both vacuum and pressure relief valves and use 6-inch discharge lines for faster unloading–all of which provides for optimum protection of product grain size. Closed loop air supply system filters air from receivers storage tank eliminating dust and any airborne contamination from the outside atmosphere during the discharge process. Lightweight fuel-efficient tractors allow for maximum payload capacity, which results in lower unit costs and greater savings to the customer. |
